Today was pretty interesting. I don’t know if I told you, but I ran for office in the Oakwood Bio-Medical Association (OBMA) (the equivalent of a pre-med and research club combined). I ran for public relations and I won, so that was pretty cool. Today, guess who came to do a presentation at the OBMA meeting? The University of Cincinnati!!! I got a chance to see the people that I was in contact with like everyday this summer so that was great.
Well I’ve bought a new cell phone. It is the Motorola v710 carried by Verizon. It so cool!!! It has Bluetooth and it can take 3 min. videos!!! Some one else has to be excited about that. Other than that, nothing really interesting is happening.
I have realized that I really need to go to tutoring in Organic Chemistry. I know that I can do alright without it, but I want to do GREAT, and in order to do that I’ll have to humble myself and go to tutoring. For some reason I’ve had this feeling in the back of mind that tutoring was for people that just weren’t cut for being a doctor, but I was definitely wrong. So that is what I’ll be going to this upcoming week. This week was kind of dull. Tomorrow I’m going out with NAPS to the local ghetto to give bible studies and pray with people so that should be cool. Until something more interesting happens, I’ll HOLLA.
