Well I took my Kaplan Diagnostic test, and it was pretty hard. We were in the lecture hall, and the head guy at the Birmingham office was talking to us. He told us how lucky we are because all of our teachers are actually teachers, and not fellow students who have been hired by Kaplan. Anyway, after that, he went on to tell us how incredibly important the MCAT was, and how it could affect what we do for the next 50 years of our life. He got us nice and nervous and then handed out our diagnostic test. It only lasted for 4 hours, but I was still fatigued at the end. The first section was the physical sciences section, which literally ripped me a new one. I already don’t remember anything about general chemistry, and the physics they had in there seemed much more in depth than what I learned. The organic chemistry was crazy hard too, but not as hard. The biological sciences was much harder than I expected. I felt pretty good about the verbal section, so I guess 1 out of 3 aint bad, lol.
Anyway, I just felt quite demoralized after the test was finished. I guess I should have reviewed a little before the test, but I really wanted to rest before I started this course. Anyway, I guess that’s what this course is for. To get us ready for the actual test, so we’ll see how everything goes. Our first class is tomorrow, and I think its over Physics. I’ll keep you all updated on everything. We get our diagnostic test scores back on Wednesday, and we also get our online login info on Wednesday too. Peace.
