| Boy, a lot of time sure has passed. I’m sorry I haven’t been writing like I should have been, but I’ve just been kind of burned out lately. All in all, everything is fine. Right now, I’m on a NAPS Christmas mission which just happens to be in Maryland. We’ve raised about $38,000 so far, and have done a lot of community service and presentations at schools, so overall the mission has been a success. Brittany and I made a pretty major decision a couple of weeks ago. Due to the fact that I’m a junior and I’m already getting senioritis and medical school doesn’t allow for a lot of free time to do mission work, both Brittany and I have decided to defer a year before we go to medical school, and do mission work during that year. I know personally after I graduate from undergrad I’m going to be sick of school just about, so a year will give me a chance to rejuvenate, also I really want to do as much mission work as possible before I get locked down by the rigorous environment of medical school. So this year off thing to me is like the best thing since sliced bread. So yeah, I’ll be working with NAPS during that year either organizing things from the main office or heading a mission overseas. Either place I’ll still write on SDN. Also, my grades have been posted for this past semester. Here they are: Art Appreciation: A- Introduction to Research: A Plant Biology w/ Lab: A Mammalian Anatomy I w/Lab: A The Gift of Prophecy: A I’m quite surprised about Plant Biology. I put no effort into the class and thought I was going to have a C, but the Lord protected me for some reason. He must have some plan for me; I can’t wait to see what it is. I know I got an A in Art Appreciation, but I’ve gotten to the point in my life where I don’t have the strength to contest grades anymore. As long as its not a C, I’m happy. My upcoming semester will be a lot more relaxing than this past one. Since I KILLED myself my freshman and sophomore years, my junior and senior years are kind of chill. I’m actually taking an extra class I think I will like, Adobe Photoshop. I already know how to use the program pretty well, but it’ll be fun learning how to do more stuff with it (I know, I’m a computer geek). I’ll be proposing to Brittany pretty soon. I can’t say too much more because she and some of her friends sometimes read this journal, but I’m pretty excited to get the ball rolling. Her mom is already getting excited calling different caterers to taste food. Lol, that’s kind of crazy to me, I’m like, “Can I propose to her first!!!”, lol. Anyway, I truly looking forward to the married life. Oh yeah, I bought another PDA phone. I couldn’t help it, honestly I couldn’t. Its my weakness. Other than that, please keep me in your prayers.
