I think I know why now I can’t go into OBGYN. I don’t want to be in a field where a nice subset of my patients don’t want me to treat them. Today a patient wanted me to step out of the room during her gyn exam. I mean do they really think that I enjoy looking at that stuff? I probably shouldn’t take it so personal but I really pride myself in personable to patients so having patients not want me is kinda hard for me to take. Anyway, I switch from gyn to Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (FPMRS) tomorrow so that should hopefully be better.
